- Added missing instructions and ref on how to add the nexiles package repository.  This
  fixes first-time installation failures due to nexiles theme package not found.
- Specify `classic` parameter in app creation.  On ext 6.0 normally a classic/touch
  mixed app is built which is not what we want.
- `windchill` build target to create a nexiles app template in Windchill
