Problem Statement
=================

Windchill business objects often hold attributes.  For automating and/or
data exchange it's often desired to have read and write access to those
attributes.

Unfortunately, accessing attributes involves a lot of code and Windchill
special knowledge.

Goal
====

To provide a abstract API to access Windchill IBA attributes.
